Dedicated Financial Management

Liberty Hospitality Management has a dedicated system of financial management and control that includes centralized accounting and cash management. Managers and supervisors use daily flash reporting system, daily labor cost reports, and daily statistics to analyze and strategize accordingly. Our strength in yield management and detail to financial reports allow us to monitor and increase cash flow, RevPar, and net operating income.

Sales and Marketing

Liberty Hospitality Management’s marketing efforts are supported by an active sales and marketing program to monitor and develop visibility, group sales, transient sales, and an overall marketing campaign. We use state of the art sales and marketing software to assist with contract administration and productivity at the property level. Liberty also gains assistance from the use of Franchisor promotions and cross selling our own properties.

Cost Containment and Purchasing

Liberty Hospitality Management vigorously negotiates many national contracts for the purchase of operating supplies and equipment. We maintain an ongoing purchase order system designed to control expenditures at the property level. This system is geared toward maximizing all dollars spent at the property by ensuring that all expenditures go through an authorization and approval system. Additionally, Liberty’s affiliation with many highly regarded Franchisors allows us to leverage national contracts to the greatest benefit, resulting in the lowest price available.
